Treadmill running would be bettter for diet than elliptical?



先週のトレーニング記録です。トレッドミルを走る回数を増やしていく予定です。まずは、昨日65日からいつもよりも少しペースを落として1時間半のランニングをしました。トレッドミルのトレーニングの方が体重を減らすには効果的なようです。
Here is the last week training log.  I will replace one of menus to another treadmill running.  As a starting point, yesterday, June 5th, I ran for 1.5 hours with slower pace than usual.  It seems that treadmill running would be more efficient to reduce my weight.
