Updates for the last 2 weeks ~ went hiking and I was really tired after that .....



暫く、更新をさぼっていました。6月25日と26日の両日にMt. Whitney のハイキングがあった関係で休養日が増えていました。直前は準備と体を休めて疲れを残さない意味で休養日にしました。ハイキングの後は、疲れが残っていたので回復のための休養日としています。独立記念日の連休にLassen Peakにハイキングに行った後は通常のトレーニングにもどしましたが、休養の関係で若干筋力が落ちて、以前のペースでStair Climbing を1時間こなせず、約40分の後トレッドミルでの歩行に切り替えました。
I have not had update for a while.   Because I went hiking to Mt. Whitney on June 25th and 26th.   I need to take some reset before the hiking.  After the hiking, I was really tired and I also need to take reset to recover.    It was getting back to normal after a hiking to Lassen Peak during July 4th weekend.   However, it was tough to continue the stair climbing in the same pace as before due to extra resting days.  Therefore, I did stair climbing for 40 minutes and the rest of time, I did walking on a treadmill.   The muscle strength is easy to get weaker if I take a several days resting.
